Los Angeles, CA, CA - Carrie and Aidan have passionate goodbye sex as John Corbett And Just Like That… series during the season finale. In the second season Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Aidan (Corbett) have reconnected and fallen in love all over in. But in last week’s episode Aidan was pulled back to his family in Virginia when his son Wyatt took drugs and got into an accident. In the season finale, Carrie is holding a ‘Last Supper’ dinner at her old apartment – after selling and buying a new one aftr Aidan refused to set foot in it ever again because of all the ‘history’. After her dinner party, Aidan arrives late at night – and finally comes inside the apartment – but only to tell Carrie that he’s not staying and heading back home. He tells Carrie: “There’s only one thing that I love more than you and that’s my boys.” He then tells her that he has to go home and be there for his kids – to which Carrie tells him to take as long as he needs. He then stuns her by admitting he wants to stay in Virginia until Wyatt is at least out of his teens – to which a shocked Carrie exclaims: “That’s six years!” Aidan tells her it’s five years and insists the time will fly by and be as quick as him snapping his fingers. The pair then end up in bed and have a passionate romp before the next morning when Aidan leaves and Carrie tells him that buying the apartment so they could live together was ‘not a mistake’. Aidan assures her he doesn’t want to lose her and that they will still end up together. But at the end of the finale, Aidan is back with his family and Carrie is relaxing on a beach in Greece with pal Seema (Sarita Choudhury).
